Werkplaats
Bent u als ondernemer, kunstenaar, techneut of andere zelfstandige op zoek naar een bij u passende werkplaats? Die zult u vinden bij Tiko Opslag. Ons pand ligt vlakbij de A12 en op 10 minuten verwijderd van de A28 en A1. U kiest bij ons voor een unieke ruimte, indien gewenst met krachtstroom. Dit is een bedrijfsverzamelgebouw waar u een inspirerende en toegankelijke omgeving vindt, waar thans verschillende handwerklieden en (kleine) zelfstandigen actief zijn. Kies net als hen voor een rustige en goedverzorgde werkplaats om in te werken.
WAT WORDT UW RUIMTE?
Tiko Opslag biedt meer dan 250 units. Deze verschillen in grootte en gebruik, en zijn hierdoor geschikt voor uiteenlopende doeleinden. Zo is de kleinste opslagruimte slechts 3 m² groot, terwijl de grootste ruimte ruim 200 m² bedraagt. Het voordeel bij deze verschillende indelingen is duidelijk: doordat men een werkplaats huurt die aansluit op het gebruik, betaalt men nooit teveel voor ongebruikte ruimte.
ONZE WERKPLAATSEN IN GEBRUIK
Onze werkplaatsen worden gehuurd door bijvoorbeeld aannemers, loodgieters, meubelmakers,
garagehouders, fietsenmaker en kunstenaars. Aansluitend verhuren wij professioneel verzorgde opslagruimten, garages en autostallingen. Het is hier droog, verwarmd, vochtvrij, vorstvrij en veilig. Veel van de ruimten zijn bovendien voorzien van hun eigen opgang en sanitair.
TOEGANKELIJKE WERKPLAATS
Ons pand is uitstekend toegankelijk. Niet alleen kunt u tot aan de deur rijden: u kunt het pand zelf binnenrijden. Eenmaal hier mag u eventuele zware eigendommen naar en van uw werkplaats verplaatsen met behulp van onze transport middelen. Deze stellen wij gratis voor u ter beschikking. Zoals ons pand zijn ook wij zelf toegankelijk; heeft u gaandeweg wensen, vragen of opmerkingen, dan horen wij het graag. Bijvoorbeeld als u later toch een andere werkplaats wilt huren, of als er een aanpassing nodig is.
INSPIRERENDE WERKPLAATS
Tiko Opslag biedt een platform aan mensen die houden van een prettige omgeving met creatieve bedrijven en zelfstandigen. Ons veelzijdige huurdersbestand zorgt dan ook voor een levendig geheel waarin bijzonder werk tot stand komt. Soms kunt u elkaar treffen in de groene omgeving rondom het pand, waar het prettig is om even bij te komen van het vele harde werk.
KIJKEN, DAN HUREN?
Voordat u een ruimte bij ons kunt huren, wilt u natuurlijk zien welke het meest voldoet aan uw wensen. Wij leiden u dan ook graag rond. Hierdoor leert u meer over het pand en het terrein, en vindt u gemakkelijk de juiste werkplaats. Hierna ontvangt u een op maat opgestelde huurofferte (voordelig!).
