Bij Tiko Opslag kunt uiteenlopende ruimten huren zoals (inboedel)opslag, bedrijfsruimtes, klusruimtes, ateliers en meer.
U kunt ons contact formulier invullen, met een specifieke vraag. Dan zullen wij u een passende offerte maken. Mocht u direct een richtprijs willen, dan kunt u het uitgebreide contact formulier invullen. Voor zowel (inboedel) opslag als klusruimte huren, krijgt u direct een passende prijs aangeboden. Waar mogelijk geven we u ook voor andere soort ruimtes direct een prijsindicatie.
Niet al onze bedrijfsruimtes, kantoren, ateliers en overige ruimtes laten zich gemakkelijk in een overzicht vangen. Dit door de grote diversiteit in mogelijkheden. Zo hangt de prijs van een (klus)ruimte af, of er eigen sanitaire voorzieningen zijn, zoals eigen wc, eigen keuken of zelfs eigen douchegelegenheid. We hebben bedrijfsruimtes van 6 meter hoog, en weer andere van 2.5 meter hoog. Is de ruimte verwarmd? Heeft de ruimte direct daglicht? Heeft de ruimte een eigen opgang? Vele factoren die de prijs van een ruimte beïnvloeden.
Daarom krijgt u het meest concrete en passende antwoord als u contact op neemt met ons via contact formulier of met de telefoon. Nadat we uw wensen in kaart hebben gebracht, geven we u graag een passend aanbod.

Wij verhuren de volgende soorten ruimtes:
Opslagruimte
De boxen voor opslag van Tiko variëren in grootte, zodat er altijd een opslagruimte op maat beschikbaar is. De box kan gedurende een bepaalde tijd worden gehuurd, dus nooit langer of groter dan nodig.
Bedrijfsruimte
Voor de (beginnende) ondernemer heeft Tiko Opslag gevarieerde bedrijfsruimtes te huur, voor onder andere magazijnvoering, distributiecentra, webwinkels, aannemers. Onze ruimtes zijn uitermate geschikt voor al deze doeleinden. Wij kunnen voor u de ideale combinatie van kantoor- en/of opslag- en/of werkruimte verwezenlijken.
Atelier
De ateliers zijn verwarmd en voorzien van dakkoepels en raampartijen waardoor er voldoende licht binnen kan komen. Deze ateliers kijken uit op fraaie tuinen, bomen en vijvers die één en al rust uit stralen. De meest ideale plek voor uw creatieve activiteiten als kunstschilder, beeldhouwer, ontwerper, grafisch designer, hobbyist.
Oefenruimte
De ruimtes bieden alle gelegenheid om ongestoord te oefenen. Als band kan je ofwel je eigen ruimte continu huren, ofwel een ruimte delen met andere bands. Er kan tevens gebruik gemaakt worden van keuken en toilet.
Klusruimte huren
Onze klusruimte kunt u huren om te klussen aanbijvoorbeeld uw meubels, fietsen, auto’s of andere objecten.
Motorbox & autostalling
Een ruimte nodig voor je motor of auto? Onze opslagbox beschermt de motor of auto tegen de buitenlucht, vorst en regen. Je motor of auto is altijd bereikbaar en staat veilig achter slot en grendel. Klein onderhoud kan ter plaatse gedaan worden.

Wij hebben bij Tiko Opslag een Atelier ruimte gehuurd en dat bevalt ons zeer goed. De ruimte heeft voldoende licht inval, iets dat wij als kunst- schilders nodig hebben.
Tiko Opslag is voor mij als particulier een uitkomst. Vanwege mijn kleine woning met weinig opslagruimte heb ik geen mogelijkheid om mijn campingspullen op te slaan.
